Cancellation/No-show/Last minute reschedule policy 

Our goal is to provide quality remedial massage therapy to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations, inconvenience not only our providers, but other patients as they miss the opportunity to be treated.

There are two methods to confirm/cancel your appointment, an email is sent out at the time of booking, with a link to cancel the appointment up to 24 hours prior. A text message is also sent 24 hours before your appointment as the final confirmation/cancelation time. If you don’t receive any of these messages, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Late policy:

We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your full treatment time. However if you arrive late and we have appointments immediately after, your therapist may only be able to offer you your remaining time; However, will retain the right to charge the full treatment fee.

We recommend arriving 5-15 minutes before your appointment time in order to make the most of your massage, we have a relaxing and spacious waiting area.

 

Cancellation/No-Shows/Last minute reschedule policy:

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow other patients to access that appointment time. If cancellation or reschedule is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance or give us as much notice as possible. Any changes considered late when the appointment is modified less than 24 hours before the appointed time.

A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without any notification. In either case, we will charge the patient a full amount of the missed appointment fee.

Any bookings with false or incorrect information are subject to be cancelled without further notice.

How can I cancel my appointment?

Phone: If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 0424 189 041. We won't be able to answer you while we treat others so please leave a detailed voicemail message or text message. We will process your cancellation as soon as possible.

Online: You can also cancel online when it’s 24hrs prior to your treatment. To access online cancellation, please check your booking confirmation email.
