What is the lymphatic system?

White blood cells travels our body through lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of the immune system that is a network of tissues and organs that work together to help move the body’s byproduct to maintain body fluid levels.

What is lymphatic drainage massage?

A lymphatic drainage massage helps stimulate the circulation of lymph fluid around the body. Lymph Fluid is made up of white blood cells, that help the body fight off infections. This massage helps in reducing water retention and boost the immune system to help speed up recovery time. 

How is it different from other massage techniques?

The lymph nodes are located just under the skin near the blood vessels, it is aiming to work on the lymphatics and not the muscle, because of that the treatment itself can feel quite subtle and different to other treatments yet still being effective and relaxing.
